RESOLUTION No. 1638 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING MINOR PLAN REVIEW #10-91, ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COVERED ROOF ACCESS STRUCTURE AT 247 SEVENTH STREET, SEAL BEACH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, on March 10, 1991 Eric Mossman filed an application for Minor Plan Review (Minor Height Variation) #10-91: and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting the construction of a covered roof access structure (CRAS) above the twenty-five foot height limit at 247 Seventh street, Seal Beach: and WHEREAS, the subject property, legally defined as Orange County Assessor's Parcel Number 199-023-34, a 25' x 117.5' lot: and WHEREAS, a duly noticed Public Hearing was held on June 19, 1991 to consider Minor Plan Review #10-91: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: . The proposed CRAS is: within the seven foot (7') height allowance provided for under Section 28-2317(4) of the city's municipal Code. The proposed CRAS is architecturally in keeping with the remainder of the structure: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the city of Seal Beach does hereby approve Minor Plan Review #10-91 subject to the following conditions: 1. Minor Plan Review #10-91 is approved for a Minor Height Variation for a covered roof access structure located at 247 Seventh Street, Seal Beach: 2. All construction shall be in substantial compliance with plans approved through Minor Plan Review #10-91: 3. The covered roof access structure shall be reduced to a minimal size of 10'6" by 4'2" to cover the staircase and landing area for a standard door. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 19th day of June 1991, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: commissioners Sharp, Orsini,Fife, McCurdy, Dahlman , /Lee Whit (/ Planning ry
