RESOLUTION No. 1637 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING MINOR PLAN REVIEW #11-91, ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COVERED ROOF ACCESS STRUCTURE AT 249 SIXTH STREET, SEAL BEACH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, on March 10, 1991 Eric Mossman filed an application for Minor Plan Review (Height Variation) #11-91; and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting the construction of a covered roof access structure (CRAS) above the twenty-five foot height limit at 249 Sixth Street, Seal Beach; and WHEREAS, the subject property, legally defined as orange County Assessor's Parcel Number 199-023-34, is a 25' x 117.5' lot; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed Public Hearing was held on June 19, 1991 to consider Minor Plan Review #11-91; and WHEREAS, the planning Commission makes the following findings: The proposed CRAS is: within the seven foot (7') height allowance provided for under Section 28-2317(4) of the city's municipal Code. is architecturally in keeping with the remainder of the structure; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the city of Seal Beach does hereby approve Minor Plan Review #11-91 subject to the following conditions: 1. Minor Plan Review #11-91 is approved for a Minor Height Variation for a covered roof access structure located at 249 Sixth street, Seal Beach; \ 2. All construction shall be in substantial compliance with plans approved through Minor Plan Review #11-91; 3. The covered roof access structure shall be reduced to a minimal size of 10'6" by 4'2" to cover the staircase and landing area for a standard door. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the city of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 19th day of June 1991, by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Sharp, Orsini, Fife, McCurdy, Dahlman NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: ~ e w~ittenbe:g, .secret4~ Plann~ng Comm~ss~on ~
