The city Manager commended the efforts of the agencies and personnel involved in the coordination efforts since Friday, mentioning specifically Moffatt and Nichol Engineers, the Orange county Fire Department, the Long Beach water boat, State Fish and Game, Lifeguard Department personnel who made an extraordinary effort to assist the patrons of Ruby'S subsequent to the fire breaking out, the Public Works Department for their efforts in various ways, and offered that the Council could take pride in the employees that serve this community.
