December 2, 1968
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
adjourned session at 7:00 p.m., December 2, 1968, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 201 8th Street, Seal Beach, California, with
Chairman Lloyd E. Gummere presiding.
The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Chairman Gummere announced that now was the time and place for oral

communications. There being none, the Chairman ordered oral
communicatmons closed.
A communication from Eugene B. Jacobs, Special Legal Counsel, by
T. E. Parrington, was read, concerning loyalty oaths of public
officers and employees.
In compliance with a recent court decision it was decided that the
Agency members again take the oath of office which is limited to
the first paragraph of Section 3, Article XX of the State"Constitution.
The oath of office was administered by the City Clerk to the
following members of the City Council sitting as members of the
Redevelopment Agency:
Lloyd E. Gummere, 13681 St. Andrews Dr. #2E, Seal Beach
John B. Hamilton, 1712 Harbor Way, Seal Beach'
Stanley G. Anderson, 501 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach
Conway J. Fuhrman, 132 Harvard Lane, Seal Beach
Veda M. Dreis, 13680 E1 Dorado Drive,#33F, Seal Beach
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved, at 7:15 p.m., by Anderson, second by Gummere, to adjourn.
