ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Sales Directors Blackman, Dunn, Holden, McKnew Absent: None A Iso present: , Mr. Courtemarche, Executive Director-Secretary Mr. Rollston, Assistant City Attorney APPROVAL OF MINUTES Dunn moved, second by Holden to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 28, 1974 as presented. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Dunn Holden, McKnew, Sales None Motion carried I PUBLIC HEARING SET Holden moved, second by Dunn that the Redevelopment Agency hold a publ ic hearing July 22,,1974 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. In joint session with the City Council to consider (1) amendments to the Redevelopment Agency Plan and Map; and (2) to consider a Specific Plan for the de- velopment of the Pacific Electric Right-of-Way. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Dunn, Holden, McKnew, Sales None Motion carried REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET--1974-75 Mr. Courtemarche presented the proposed budget for the Agency fiscal year 1974-75. Blackman moved, second by Dunn to transfer $~O,OOO from the Redevelopment Agency Capital Projects Fund to the City General Fund for use of City personnel on Redevelopment Area projects. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Dunn, Holden, McKnew, Sales None Motion carried I RESOLUTION NUMBER 1h-1 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET Resolution Number 74-1 was presented to the Agency by title "A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH FOR FISCAL YEAR 1974-75." Holden moved, second by McKnew to adopt Resolution Number 74-1 with the chahge as noted in previous minute order, for a total expenditure and fund balance of $245,106. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Dunn, Holden, McKnew, Sales None Motion carried Mr. Sales requested information of cost per child in the Seal Beach ~Iementary School District. 6-24-74 . 2~:~. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Chairman Sales declared oral communications open. Jean Dorr, 231 - 6th Street, requested information regarding the escalating figures for the School District. Mr. Courtemarche explained that the figures were designated In the agreement between the Agency and the School District. There were no other oral communications; Chairman Sales declared oral communications closed. ADJOURN TO TIME CERTAIN Holden moved, second by McKnew to adjourn to 6:45 p.m., July 8,1974 in Council Chambers for presentation Qf .proposals for portions of the Redevelopment Agency Project Area.
