The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in
regular session at .7:45 p.m'. with Chairman' Holden call Ing
the meeting to order with the Salute to the Flag.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Blackman moved, second by McKnew, to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting of January 27, 1975, as presented.

AWARD OF BID - ELECTRIC AVENUE SEWER LINE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT
NUMBER 323-A
Bids were received and opened by the
February 18, 1975 for Project Number
Line Improvements as follows:

McKnew moved, second by Kenyon, to award the bid for Electric
Avenue Sewer Line Improvements, ,Project Number 323-A, to G. R.
Frost in the amount of $8,000 as the lowest responsible bidder,
reject all other bids and authorize the Executive Director-
Secretary to execute the contract.

Sales moved, second by Blackman, to appropriate $8,000 for the
Electric Avenue Sewer Line Improvements from $185,000 encumbrance
for development of the Pacific ElectrIc Right-of-Way.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Chairman Holden stated that this was the time for oral communications.
Councilman Blackman commented on the improvements on the Red Car
project. There were no other oral communlcaitons; Chairman Holden
declared oral communications closed.

McKnew moved, second by Sales, to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
