ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Holden Agency Members Blackman, ~enyon, McKnew, Sales I Absent: None Also present: Mr. Courtemarche, Executive Director-Secretary Mr. Coughlan, Assistant City Attorney APPROVAL OF MINUTES Blackman moved, second by McKnew, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 27, 1975, as presented. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Holden, Kenyon, McKnew, Sales None' Motion carried AWARD OF BID - ELECTRIC AVENUE SEWER LINE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NUMBER 323-A Bids were received and opened by the February 18, 1975 for Project Number Line Improvements as follows: City ~lerk at 2:00 o'clock p.m., 3~3-A, Electric ~venue Sewer . , . . . . 0', ,,'. , G. R. Frost Sully-Miller Contracting G. R. McKervey, Inc. Fleming & Clarke, Inc. A & A Construction Byron L. Crume, Inc. Savala Construction Co. $ 8,000.00 10,949.00 lI,940.00 12,540.00 17,244.00 18,600.00 19,228.00 I McKnew moved, second by Kenyon, to award the bid for Electric Avenue Sewer Line Improvements, ,Project Number 323-A, to G. R. Frost in the amount of $8,000 as the lowest responsible bidder, reject all other bids and authorize the Executive Director- Secretary to execute the contract. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Holden, Kenyon, McKnew, Sal~s None Motion carried Sales moved, second by Blackman, to appropriate $8,000 for the Electric Avenue Sewer Line Improvements from $185,000 encumbrance for development of the Pacific ElectrIc Right-of-Way. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Holden, Kenyon, McKnew, Sales None Mot ion carried ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Chairman Holden stated that this was the time for oral communications. Councilman Blackman commented on the improvements on the Red Car project. There were no other oral communlcaitons; Chairman Holden declared oral communications closed.
