Agency Member McKnew stated that he was absent from that meetIng therefore would abstain from voting on the approval of the minutes. AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: Barton, Blackman, Holden, Sales None McKnew Motion carrIed I RESOLUTION NUMBER 75-10 - AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF PROMISSORY NOTES Resolution Number 75-10 was presented to the Agency by title "A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $3,250,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF TAX ALLOCATION NEGOTIABLE PROMISSORY NOTES, ISSUE OF 1975, OF SAID AGENCY TO AID IN THE FINANCING OF A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT KNOWN AS THE RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT." Blackman moved, second by McKnew, to waive further reading and adopt Resolution Number 75-10 as presented.
