The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in"
regular adjourned 'session at 7:30 p.m. with, Chairman Sales
calling the meeting to order with the Salute to the Flag.

McKnew moved, "second by Blackman, to approve the minutes of the
regular adjourned and regular meetings of September 22, 1975 as,
presented. '

RESOLUTION NUMBER 75-16 - PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS
and ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
Resolution Number 75-16 was presented to the Agency by title "A
RESOLUTION OF THE RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH TRANSMITTING THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
AMENDMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE PROJECT AREA
COMMITTEE FOR A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND TRANSMITTING THE
PLAN AMENDMENTS AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE
SEAL BEACH, PLANNING: COMMISSION FOR CONSIQERAT!ON OF REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AMENDMENTS AND A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ENVIRO~MENTAL IMPAET
REPORT-" By unanimous consent, full reading of Resolution Number
75-16 was waived. The City Attorney recommended that the
wording of the last sentence of the Resolution be changed
to read 'report and recommendations concerning the proposed
Redevelopment Agency Plan Amendments and their conformity to
the General Plan to the Redevelopment Agency.' Mr. Neprud,
Plan~lng Director, presented the staff report and explained
the procedures to be followed In adopting the proposed Amendments
and the Environmental Impact Report.
Holden moved, second by McKnew, to adopt Resolution Number 75-16
with the amendment as reco~ended by the City Attorne~.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Chairman Sales declared oral communications open. Chairman
Sales requested a report from staff regarding the current status
of the Department of Water and Power property. There were no
other oral communications; Chairman Sales declared oral communications
closed.

ADJOURNMENT
McKnew moved, second by Holden, to adjourn to time certain,
7:30 p.m., Tuesday, October ~8, 1975.
