The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session at 7:45 p.m. with Chairman Holden calling the meeting to
order with the Salute to the Flag.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Blackman moved, second by Gray, to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting of May 24, 1976 as presented.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 76-4 - 1976-77 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
Resolution Number 76-4 was presented to the Agency by title lOA,
RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77." Blackman moved,
second by Gray, to waive further reading and adopt Resolution
Number 76-4 as presented.

BIDS - POLICE FACILITY and CITY YARD
Bids were received and opened by the City Clerk at 2:00 o'clock p.m.
June 25, 1976 for construction of the Police Facility and City Yard
for the City of Seal Beach as follows:

Blackman moved, second by Gray, to reJect all bids for the construction
of the Police Facility and the City Yard. Laszlo moved, second by
Gray, to amend the motion to include a revision in the bid call for
the feasibility of remodeling the old police facility. Discussion
followed, Agency Member Gray withdrew his second with the
assurance that the plans and specifications would come back for
full review of the Agency. Agency Members Laszlo and Kredell
suggested that this issue be put before the voters.

Agency meeting to the adjournment of the regularly scheduled
Council meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 8:08 p.m. The meeting reconvened at
11:13 p.m. with Chairman Holden calling the meeting to order.

PRELIMINARY DISPOSITION AGREEMENT EXTENSION - SEAL BEACH
ASSOCIATES
Mr. Bill Dawson, II Marina Drive, representing Seal 'Beach
Associates, reviewed the history of the participation agreement
with the City for the new members of the Agency, noting that the
agreement If extended would go beyond the November election when
the bond Issue for purchase of this property would be voted upon
clarifying the termination of this agreement as stated within
the document. Lengthy discussion followed regarding the
ramifications of extension of the agreement proposed.
Holden moved, second by Blackman, to approve the extension'of
the Disposition Agreement and authorize the Executive Director
to execute it on behalf of the Agency.
