PLANS and SPECIFICATIONS - POLICE FACILITY and CITY CORPORATION YARD
Mr. Halldin, City Engineer, presented the report to the Agency and

Police Facility and City Yard. Mr. Halldln reported that modifications
had been made to the plans and specifications by the Architect and the
staff as authorized by~the City Council at their July 12, 1976 meeting
and that the notice inviting bids would now allow contractors to bid
on the combined projects or separately, and anticipated that this
would result in a more competitive bid. Agency Member Kredell stated
