Cal ifornia May 8, 1978 The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular adjourned session at 7:45 p.m. wIth Chairman Laszlo calling the meeting to order wIth the Salute to the Flag. ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Laszlo Agency Members Blackman, Gray, Kredell, Weir Absent: None Also present: Mr. Courtemarche, Executive Director Mr. Strausz, Deputy CIty Attorney Mr. Parrington, Special Legal Counsel APPROVAL OF MINUTES Kredell moved, second by WeIr, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of April 24, 1978 as presented. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Gray, Kredell, Laszlo, Weir None Motion carried RESOLUTION NUMBER 78-9 - AUTHORIZING SALE OF THE REAL PROPERTY - SEAL BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO RIVERBEACH ASSOCIATES Resolution Number 78-9 was presented to the Agency by title "A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SALE OF THE REAL PROPERTY BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH TO RIVERBEACH ASSOCIATES." Mr. Parrington, Special Legal Counsel, reported that the resolutIon and the grant deed finalized previous Agency actions. Gray moved, second by Weir, to waive further reading and adopt Resolution Number 78-9 as presented. AYES: NOES: Blackman, Gray, Laszlo, Weir Krede 11 Motion carrIed POLICE FACILITY LANDSCAPING Mr. Johnson, City Engineer, reported that the contract for the Police Facility Landscaping had been signed by J & R Landscape Maintenance, however the city had not yet received Insurance certificates or bid bonds and requested that rejection of the remainIng bids for this project be held over to next meeting. It was the order of the Chair with consent of the Agency members to hold this matter over to next meeting. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS There were no oral communications from the audience.
