REPORT - TRAILER PARK AUDIT
Mr. Thomas, Finance Director, reported that letters requesting
proposals for an audit of the Trailer Park development had been sent
to several local and national auditing firms, as previously directed
by the Agency, that those letters included specifications as proposed
by Agency Member Laszlo, and stated that only one proposal had been
received to date. Agency Members discussed the proposal received and
the firms from which proposals had been requested. The City Attorney
advised that should the Agency decide to pursue obtaining additional
bids for the audit, it would be inappropriate to publicly disclose
the proposal received at this time. It was the consensus of the Agency
to direct the Executive Director to request proposals from firms
previously suggested by Mr. Laszlo and report back at next meeting.
The Executive Director suggested this matter be considered at an
adjourned meeting June 9th.
..
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
'I-
Chairman Seitz declared oral communications open. Agency Member
Kredell requested a list of Trailer Park residents receiving rental
subsidies. Dee Stout, Trailer Park resident, requested a bus bench
be located near the Trailer Park entrance. Agency Member Laszlo read
communications he had received in support of the Trailer Park develop-
ment. There were no other oral communications; Chairman Seitz declared
oral communications closed.
