The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session for their annual meeting at 6:45 p.m. with Chairman Seitz
calling the meeting to order.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Kredell moved, second by Laszlo, to approve the minutes of the regular
adjourned meeting of May 11, 1981 as presented.

Motion carried
It was the order of the Chair with consent of the Agency to adjourn
until after reorganization of the City Council. The meeting
adjourned at 6:49 p.m. and reconvened at 7:11 p.m. with Chairman Seitz
calling the meeting to order.

REORGANIZATION
Chairman Seitz declared nominations open for Chairman of the Redevelop-
ment Agency. Laszlo moved, second by Kredell, to nominate Mr. Supple
as Chairman. Laszlo moved second by Kredell, to declare nominations
closed.

Supple Motion carried
Mr. Supple was declared Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency for 1981-82
by the following vote:

Supple Motion carried
Chairman Supple declared nominations open for Vice-Chairman. Kredel1
moved, second by Laszlo, to nominate Mr. Seitz as Vice-Chairman. Mr.
Seltz declined the nomination; the motion was withdrawn. Laszlo moved,
second by Seitz, to nominate Mr. Ktedell as Vice-Chairman. Laszlo
moved, second by Seitz, to declare nominations closed.

Mr. Kredell was declared Vice-Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency
for 1981-82 by unanimous vote.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Chairman Supple presented Mr. Seitz with a plaque of appreciation for his
service to the community as Chairman of the Agency for the past year.
There were no other oral communications; Chairman Supple declared oral
communications closed.
