A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH, CALIFORNIA AWARDING THE BID FOR THE
ELECTRIC AVENUE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. SD1001
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the contract between the City of
Seal Beach and Palp, Inc. DBA Excel Paving Company for the Electric Avenue
Storm Drain Improvements Project No. SD1001, and
Section 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the contract
for the Electric Avenue Storm Drain Improvements Project No SD1001.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Seal Beach, at a
regular meeting held on the 9th day of November , 2009 by the following
vote:
