Chairman Voce said citizens could write down licenses and contractors could be mailed a ticket Mr Hood said ifleaf blowers are banned people will revert to water He chose a few minutes of noise to a loss of water, especially since very few complaints have been received in a City of30,OOO people The Board chose to move forward with this matter by sending it to the Council VI.
