The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session at 6:45.p.m. with Chairman Supple calling the meeting to
order with the Sal~te to the Flag.
ROLL CALL

WAIVER OF FULL READING
Vanderstaay moved, second by Seitz, to waive the reading in full of
all resolutions and that consent to the waiver of reading shall be
deemed to be given by all Agency members after reading of the title
unless specific request is made at that time for the reading of such
resolution.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Vanderstaay moved, second by Laszlo, to approve the minutes of the
Redevelopment Agency regular meeting of February 22, 1982 as presented.

Seitz moved, second by Vanderstaay, to approve the minutes of the
Redevelopment Agency and City Council regular adjourned concurrent
meeting of February 25, 1982.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Chairman Supple declared oral communications open. Mr. Supple inquired
if the March 8th Redevelopment Agency minutes had been prepared. The
Secretary stated that they have not been prepared however would be

presented at the next meeting. Mr. Supple reported that the bond
documents presented for signature on Thursday, March 11th had been
reviewed by him and appeared to be in order and that he had signed
the documents pursuant to authorization of the Agency. Mr. Supple
also clarified that the monies derived from the sale of the bonds
would be invested pursuant to the Investment Agreement for the
interim period pending the issuance of the mortgage loans. There
were no other oral communications; Chairman Supple declared oral
communications closed.
ADJOURNMENT
Vanderstaay moved, second by Seitz, to adjourn the meeting at 6:58 p.m.
