A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the Seal Beach City Council
on the advice of its legal counsel, based on existing facts and circumstances,
there is a significant exposure to litigation against the City. Based on existing
facts and circumstances, the City Council is deciding whether to initiate litigation.

PUBLIC HEARING
M. 2010 Water Rate Adjustment - Adopt Resolution No. 5967 approving
the proposed rate structure - this will allow the City water utility to operate
- efficiently with the lowest rates possible to water customers - water rates
do not impact the General Fund.
