HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA Min 1987-03-23 I I I 3-23-87 Seal Beach, California March 23, 1987 The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 6:47 p.m. with Chairman Wilson calling the meeting to order with the Salute to the Flag. ROLL CALL Present: Chairman Wilson Agency Members Clift, Hunt, Risner Absent: Agency Member Grgas Also present: Mr. Nelson, Executive Director Mr. Stepanicich, City Attorney Mrs. Yea, Secretary WAIVER OF FULL READING Clift moved, second by Hunt, to waiver the reading in full of all resolutions and that consent to the waiver of reading shall be deemed to be given by all Agency members after · reading of the title unless specific request is made at that time for the reading of such resolution. AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Clift, Hunt, Risner, Wilson None Grgas Motion carried APPROVAL OF MINUTES Risner moved, second by Clift, to approve February 23, 1987 regu~ar meeting. the minutes of the AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Clift, Hunt, Risner, Wilson None Grgas Motion carried ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Chairman Wilson declared Oral Communications open. The . Executive Director requested that the meeting be adjourned until April 13th at which time consideration may be given to a request that the Agency act as co-applicant with the Seal Beach Trailer Park for a loan from the State to purchase the Park. Mr. Nelson noted that the deadline for application to the State to participate in the current loan allocation program is April 13th, and reported that a meeting has been scheduled for March 30th with State representatives, the Park owner, residents, and City staff to discuss and obtain further information regarding the Agency's participation. Agency Member Risner requested that the Agency meet prior to April 13th to allow adequate time for evaluation of the information obtained by staff. Clift moved, second by Wilson, to adjourn this meeting until Monday, April 6, 1987 at 7:00 p.m. AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Clift, Hunt, Risner, Wilson None Grgas Motion carried There were no other communications; Chairman Wilson declared Oral Communications closed. 3-23-87 ADJOURNMENT Clift moved, second by Hunt, to adjourn the meeting until April 6th as previously stated.
