ADJOURNMENT
It was the order of the Chair, with consent of the Agency, to
adjourn this meeting until approximately 8:00 p.m. to meet in
Closed Session. This portion of the meeting was adjourned at
7:10 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
with consent of the Agency, Chairman Forsythe reconvened the
meeting at 8:24 p.m. and adjourned to Closed Session to
discuss the item listed on the agenda, a conference with the
Agency's real property negotiator, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8, with regard to negotiations of price and
terms of payment for Zoeter Place. The meeting was reconvened
at 9:19 p.m. and the City Attorney reported the Agency had
given direction to its negotiator with regard to the Zoeter
Place property.
ADJOURNMENT
By unanimous consent, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.

The Redevelopment Agency of the city of Seal Beach met in
regular session at 6:45 p.m. with Chairman Brown calling the
meeting to order with the Salute to the Flag.
ROLL CALL

CLOSED SESSION
The Executive Director advised that no Closed Session would be
held in that it had been anticipated that the final agreement
relating to the Zoeter Place property could be presented for
consideration however there are some minor language issues
that remain unresolved. The City Attorney suggested that a
Closed Session be sC!leduled for July 10th prior to the Council
meeting which can be canceled if deemed not to be needed.

Laszlo moved, second by Hastings, to approve the minutes of
the May 22nd, 1995 regular meeting.

AGENCY CONCERNS
Agencymember Hastings again mentioned her desire to make
certain modifications to the Department of Water and Power
property Specific Plan, and inquired as to when the DWP
Advisory Committee would be meeting. The Director of
Development Services advised that the comments made at the
last Agency meeting will be incorporated into the staff report
to the Planning Commission when they commence public hearings
relating to that Specific Plan, most likely mid-August, after
the Bixby project hearings, the Plan to also be heard by the
Council under public hearing. The Chairman indicated support
for the prior comments being made known to the Commission for
their hearings. Agencymember Doane presented a gavel plaque
to Agencymember Forsythe in recognition of her service as
Agency Chairman for 1994/1995. Agencymember Forsythe
expressed her appreciation.

It was the order of the Chair, with consent of the Agency, to
adjourn the meeting until Monday, July lOth at 6:30 p.m. By
unanimous consent, the meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m.

The regular adjourned meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Seal Beach scheduled for 6:30 p.m. this date was
canceled due to the lack of Closed Session and business items
requiring discussion/action.
