A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH NICHOLS CONSULTING ENGINEERS,
CHTD FOR THE 2010 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM,
CIP NO. ST1002
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the professional services
agreement between the City of Seal Beach and Nichols
consulting Engineers, CHTD for the 2010 Pavement
Management Program, CIP No. ST1002 ( "Agreement ").
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach at a regular meeting held on the 26th day of April , 2010 by the
following vote:
