The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seal Beach met in
regular session at 6:45 p.m. with Chairman Yost calling the
meeting to order.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Campbell moved, second by Doane, to approve the order of the
agenda as presented.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
No Public Comments were made.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Campbell moved, second by Boyd, to approve the minutes of the
May 22nd, 2000 regular meeting.

AGENCY COMMENTS
There were no Agency Comments.
CLOSED SESSION
Chairman Yost announced that the Redevelopment Agency would
meet in Closed Session to confer with legal counsel with
regard to one potential case of anticipated litigation
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b). The Agency
adjourned to Closed. Session at 6:48 p.m. and reconvened at
7:10 with Chairman Yost calling the meeting to order. The
City Attorney reported the Agency took no action.
ADJOURNMENT
It was the order of the Chair, with consent of the Agency, to
adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.

regular session at 6:50 p.m. with Chairman Yost calling the
meeting to order.

in the Council Chambers.

Doane moved, second by Yost, to hold the Closed Session prior
to the Public Comment period.

By unanimous consent of those present, the order of the
agenda was approved as revised.

CLOSED SESSION
The Assistant City Attorney announced that the Redevelopment
Agency would meet in Closed Session to confer with legal
counsel with regard to existing litigation, Seal Beach
Associates LLC versus the Redevelopment Agency pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a). By unanimous consent of
those present, the Agency adjourned to Closed Session at 6:51
p.m. and reconvened at 7:02 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Chairman Yost declared the Public Comment period open. Mr.
Glen Clark, Cottonwood Lane, directed his comments to the
item of litigation, Seal Beach Associates LLC versus the
Redevelopment Agency of Seal Beach. Mr. Clark mentioned that
mobile home parks are slowly being converted to other uses
throughout the State, trailer parks are one of the few places
left where elderly, low and moderate income people can live
with a sense of decency and with some control over their
