A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
THE CITY OF MORENO VALLEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
SHARING AN AMATEUR RADIO FREQUENCY
WHEREAS, The City of Moreno Valley, a political subdivision of the State of
California and the county of Riverside currently use the frequency pair 449.300 MHz
transmit and 444.300 MHz receive with a pl of 141.3 Hz.
WHEREAS, The City of Seal Beach wishes to share the frequency pair 449.300
MHz transmit and 444.300 MHz receive with a pl of 141.3 Hz with the City of
Moreno Valley and to be in accordance with the Federal Communication
Commission standards must enter into a Memorandum of Understanding
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a Memorandum of
Understanding to coordinate the shared use of the frequency pair with the City of
Moreno Valley
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of June , 2010 by the following
vote:
