PRESENTATIONS /PROCLAMATIONS A. Resolution No. 5364 Recognizing the Role of Religious Organizations in Seal Beach and incorporating their involvement in the Community as part of the 90 Anniversary Founder's Day Celebration. B. Proclamation for Southern California Association of Governments - 40 Years of Service ORAL COMMUNICATIONS At this time members of the public may address the Council regarding any items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot discuss or take action on any items not on the agenda unless authorized by law. Emergency Notification System for City of Seal Beach — Staff requests direction in establishing an Emergency Notification System with options including mass calling and wide area notification systems.
