BACKGROUND Annual evaluation of the Mayoral appointments of Councilmembers to serve, as the City's representative or alternate to various boards, agencies, and organizations. NOTE: Joint Powers Insurance Authority Director has been the Mayor and the two alternates: City Manager and Assistant City Manager. OC Vector Control Board representative - December every four years - expires 2009 - current representative is Councilmember Levitt. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
