Staff would like to highlight the fact that there are current construction projects underway that will benefit from this change in the Ordinance. There are projects in the pipeline that will be able to request a refund because the deadline has been extended that would not be eligible for a refund without this extension. As noted previously these projects have fully complied with the Ordinance, except for the fact that the refund was not requested within 30 days. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact at this time.
