Resolution Number 5180 was unanimously adopted by the Seal Beach City Council at their regular meeting of October 27th, 2003. Our City Council requested that the City Clerk forward the attached resolution to Governor Gray Davis, Speaker of the California Assembly, the President Pro - Tem of the California State Senate, all members of the California Assembly and California State Senate representing portions of Orange County, and to each City in Orange County.
