On behalf of the Seal Beach City Council, forwarded is a
certified copy of Resolution Number 5180 'Opposing the
Recent Legislation to Provide California Driver's Licenses
to Illegal Aliens and Supporting the Repeal of Same.'
Resolution Number 5180 was unanimously adopted by the Seal
Beach City Council at their regular meeting of October 27th,
2003.
The City Council of Seal Beach urges your City to consider
adoption of a similar Resolution.

Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council:
At its meeting of October 8, 2003, the Westminster City Council adopted the
attached resolution opposing the recent legislation to provide California driver's
licenses to illegal aliens and supporting the repeal of same.
Our City Council requested that the City Clerk forward the attached resolution to
Governor Gray Davis, Speaker of the California Assembly, the President Pro -
Tem of the California State Senate, all members of the California Assembly and
California State Senate representing portions of Orange County, and to each City
in Orange County.
