next to the Mary Wilson Library. The evening starts at 6:30 PM with dinner followed

It was 1989 when SBIFA and officials from Seal Beach, including Mayor and Mrs. Vic
Grgas and Pro -tem Mayor Edna Wilson Sharp, traveled to Todos Santos for the signing
of the formal documents establishing our United States /Mexico Sister -City relationship.
Our efforts to serve and aid Todos Santos over the last 14 years have proven to he a
rewarding experience for SBIFA.

an upcoming prestigious award to be presented to Seal each at the Palmdale,
California, January 17 -20, 2003 United States /Mexico National Sister Cities

City officials followed with a future formal presentation at a May City Council
