Bahorski City Manager g SUBJECT: Orange County Regional Airport Authority Alternate Appointment SUMMARY OF REQUEST: Appoint an alternate representative to the Orange County Regional Airport Authority. BACKGROUND: The City of Seal Beach is a participating member of the Orange County Regional Airport Authority, whose mission is to find a solution to Orange County's air transportation demand shortfall in the best interest of its member cities. Councilmember Campbell has been designated as the primary member representative of Seal Beach. At this time, no alternate representative has been selected from Seal Beach. An alternate representative, can participate as a voting member of the OCRAA board and/or participate in any OCRAA subcommittee or work group. The alternate representative need not be a City Council member and may be a citizen with interest or expertise in this area. Member cities may participate in one or more of the four work groups of OCRAA. FISCAL IMPACT: None RECOMMENDATION: Appoint an alternate to the Orange County Regional Airport Authority.
